Physical Characteristics

• Stems: Hollow, ribbed, and bright green with a reddish or purple flush.
• Leaves: Large, bright green, pinnate leaves divided into finely toothed leaflets.
• Flowers: Small, greenish-white or yellowish flowers grouped in large, rounded, umbrella-like clusters called umbels.
• Flavor Profile: Exudes a musky aroma and a sweet, warm taste similar to licorice.
